How do I place an order?
Order directly online: choose whether you are supplying photos or plans, select your service, upload your files and instructions, then review your total and pay. No enquiry is needed for the listed services.
What does virtual staging include?
Virtual staging is $29.50 CAD per photo, including furniture/clutter removal and styling based on your direction. Choose Modern, Transitional, Traditional or Other, and add room-specific notes. Appliances, closet organization, wall-mounted TVs, lit fireplaces and shelf decor can be requested in your notes.
What files should I send?
Upload the highest-resolution original available, plus clear instructions and reference images where useful. For renderings from plans, include the drawings, dimensions, finishes and design references needed to explain your vision. Bulk processing accepts JPG, HEIC and DSLR RAW files, supplied as a ZIP or download link; single exposures only, not bracketed HDR.
How long will my order take?
Twilight and other listing edits: normally 1 business day. Furniture and landscaping: 2 business days. Renovation jobs: 3 business days. 3D rendering: 3–5 business days. AI video: 2 business days; combined orders follow the longer applicable turnaround. Twilight cutoff is 11:30 PM Eastern; other listing edits cutoff is 9 PM Eastern. Complete files, instructions and payment are required before production.
Can I request revisions?
For staged images, three complimentary revisions cover adjustments to the furniture or smaller virtual items already added. A new styling direction, new furniture not originally requested or a structural redesign requires a new order fee. Twilight and other listing-edit revisions cover the services ordered and completed; new services cost extra. Full service-specific terms are shown before you order.
Can my edited photo become a video?
Yes. Add a 5-second, 1080p AI video to an eligible photo order. A $29.50 photo service plus video is $65 CAD total; the video add-on is $39.50 for differently priced photo services. Video alone is $39.50 per source photo. Bulk processing and renderings from plans are excluded from the video add-on.
Are these photos of the finished property?
Staging, renovation and landscape examples show digitally created possibilities. Clearly identify virtual staging, artist’s renderings and AI-enhanced media wherever your advertising or industry requirements call for disclosure. Concept imagery should not be presented as the property’s existing condition.
Are taxes and fees included?
Listed prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable tax and payment processing fees. Your order form shows the itemized total before submission. Requests outside the listed services are quoted separately.
